Dr. Taehoon Kim is a senior research associate in the Blockchain & DLT group at the Informatics Department (University of Zurich) and a member of the UZH Blockchain Center. His research focuses on complex systems and network science to bring a multidisciplinary perspective that blends blockchain technology and neuroinformatics. His doctoral research in biosystems science and engineering focused on connectivity inference methods and graphical models, including graph kernels and graph neural networks. With hands-on experience with ML software stacks and cloud solutions, He is adept with high-performance computing environments. His work extends to developing web apps (“Thirdview.io”) using modern AI software stacks since his initiation in the Ethereum ecosystem in 2021.
