🎓 Lace is now the official wallet of the UZH Blockchain Center.
We’re excited to announce a new collaboration with Input Output Group‘s Lace Wallet, making it the official wallet for students enrolled in our “Deep Dive into Blockchain” program, and all future Cardano-related educational content at the University of Zurich.
The Deep Dive into Blockchain summer school gives students a rigorous foundation in distributed systems, consensus mechanisms, foundational research, and the economic and legal frameworks surrounding blockchain. A core part of the curriculum involves hands-on experience operating nodes within a delegated Proof-of-Stake environment using UZH-Cardano, our dedicated Cardano-based network.
With all integrations now complete, students will use and download Lace Wallet as part of their academic journey. Upon finishing the coursework, they’ll be fully equipped to interact with the Cardano mainnet, bringing fresh users and real transaction activity to the network.
This partnership was born out of conversations at the Universities Day in the Input Output Group offices in Buenos Aires and was made possible by the joint efforts of the Lace Mobile engineering team, the Buenos Aires team, and our researchers working closely together.
