Dr. Matthias Hafner is the Director of the Center for Cryptoeconomics and Head of Blockchain and Cryptoassets at Swiss Economics. He focuses on projects related to blockchain applications, token economics, and competition. Matthias has led numerous projects and supported various startups, corporates, and decision-makers. Matthias obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zurich and actively conducts research in the fields of cryptoeconomics and network economics. In addition, he is a guest lecturer, a mentor for startups, and advises multiple blockchain projects.
