Biography
Chiara Ferri is a PhD student in Blockchain and DLT at the ISAS of the University of Camerino and a member of BABEL, a research unit of the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Florence. Before starting her PhD, Chiara obtained a Master's degree in Law, a specialisation in legal professions and she successfully passed the Italian bar exam. As a legal scholar, her research focused on the analysis of the evolving landscape of digital assets and their impact on the legal system. From an economic law perspective, her research focuses on the tokenisation of financial instruments, new forms of money and AML/CFT regulation.
